How To Measure
Use a soft flexible measuring tape. Always measure over your undergarments — never over clothing. Stand naturally and breathe normally.
Bust
Wear a well-fitting unpadded bra. Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, parallel to the floor. Snug but not tight.
Waist
Stand naturally — do not suck in. Wrap the tape around the narrowest part of your torso, just above your belly button.
Hips
Stand with feet together. Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your hips and seat — usually 7–9 inches below your waist.
Inseam
Measure from your crotch seam to the floor while wearing your usual shoes. Or measure a well-fitting pair of pants from crotch seam to hem.
